Quit Billing Me This the Thirs Time I Have Requested
As I have explained to you at least three times, I did not want your product. Last time you refunded my credit card, and I am requesting that you refund my credit card again!

It was a busy summer, so I have been remiss. Avantquest DID refund me and I am grateful. However, I am very skiddish about doing business with them again - if they get their act together, I will consider it!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Several individuals reached out to me via email, and I substantiated my claims with screenshots.
They had no choice but to comply with my request. Avoid them at all costs; however, their offering of different software can make this difficult.
If you find yourself in similar circumstances, PERSIST. Take screenshots of any and all transactions - this will serve you well.-.
PC DRIVER UPDATER SOFTWARE ISSUED A FULL REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $38.31 LAST WEEKEND. I had to kick up a LOT of dust, but in the end, they did the right thing. Thank goodness for this forum—I don't know what so many of us would do without it.
*Coda* - I've changed my mind and am requesting a REFUND.
I contacted "Support" and was told that my code was for the incorrect software. They gave me another code, which worked, but this was a setup. Because it happened again, I called them again, and thus begins the beginning of the scam. I had a "tech support agent" troubleshoot my computer, and he was trying to shove a ridiculously expensive annual program that would protect me from ALL manner of harm.
I told him it was pricey, but he was relentless. Over the next few days, he tried to call me a few times, but I blocked him. Another software I installed was up for renewal, never thinking that they were affiliated with PCSoftware (these people go by several different names to dupe consumers). The same activation issue happened.
I called, and I got Mr. Tech Support on the line. I told him to *** off; I wasn't interested in what he was peddling. Then he started to insult me and got very personal regarding things he saw on my PC.
I told him to EFF OFF and that not only would I dispute the charge, but I would trash him up and down the Web.
Now I have to think if he might *** me, if he hasn't already. As I said at the top, this is a TOTAL nightmare.

Resolved: I felt pressured to purchase Maintenence service.
To start I was asked If he could install the program to make sure it was setup properly which I agreed to. But as soon as he started installing the program I was told I had issues that needed attention right away.
I was then asked if he could check my computer. which worked fine before.
He then went into offering me a service plan to keep my computer in good opperating condition for 1 year. I did not want or need the service that was offered and felt pressured to purchase it.

What I found out was that it was very simple to control, and my issue was addressed with just one interaction. I like good, fast, simple help.
It has replaced my CCleaner. Try it; you'll like it.
Preferred solution: Nothing more than what I have. I'm satisfied.

Das Cleaner Programm lief vorher auf meinem Windows 10 PC.
Nach der Neuinstallation auf meinem neuen Windows 11 PC erkannte das Cleaner Programm mein noch gültigen Lizenz Schlüssel nicht an.
Daraufhin wendete ich mich an den Support der mir mit einem neuen Lizenz Schlüssel geholfen hat. Die Lösung meines Problems wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Having to talk to them to install software.
I bought PC HelpSoft Driver edition a while back. Then I got an email saying I needed to upgrade.
I tried to upgrade, and they charged me again. I tried using the key I was given, and it didn't work. Then I couldn't use the Driver edition because it wanted the key.
Finally, I talked to a very nice person that got the problem fixed. I hate having to talk to someone to help me install software because they are pressuring me to buy something else!

il fallait que je m'abonne a un autre programme pour écrire la clé que je n'arrivais pas à inscrire on me disais à chaque fois que ce n'était pas bon mais finalement j'ai su ce matin que si je n'achetais pas une autre abonnement c,est pourquoi ma clé indiquait pas bon. Verified ReviewerThe back ground help was great , PC is running a whole lot better.
PC was running slow , malware issues , basically clogged. The tech support resolved the mentioned issues, which took awhile.
They were informative with explanations of what was being done as they worked , making some Tech jargon clearer. Support Team is there for any issues that may seem to be a worry but would be dealt with at any level .
